Fieldwork is a Berlin-based coaching and consultancy practice. We work with nonprofits, creative organisations, hospitality businesses, festivals, collectives, and teams within larger institutions, helping them navigate change by developing the people, relationships, and culture within them.
We work with groups and teams navigating change — whether you're growing, restructuring, or working through dynamics that aren't serving you. We specialise in how groups collaborate, make decisions, and grow, combining practical facilitation with deep expertise in systems thinking, psychology, and participatory methods. We adapt our approach to fit the context we're working in.
